Down Pillows

I was looking for a travel-size down pillow and ordered the "petite" version with “light" down filling since I prefer a pillow that shapes around my head. It’s perfect—small enough to fit easily in my luggage yet big enough to sleep comfortably without rolling off during the night. Their customer service was very helpful over the phone in guiding me to the best size and filling for my needs, and the shipping was super fast!

My order was filled quickly. The merchandise is above and beyond—really good quality.

The shop is very responsive and accommodating. Within a couple hours of putting in my order they called me to ask my color preference for the cover and told me they can adjust the firmness if needed.

I like a firm pillow and the pillows are to my liking, and if they weren’t I could get them adjusted which is great.

My only problem was that the website says ‘pillow(s)’ Plural so I was unsure if I was ordering 2 or 1. The order is for a single pillow, so I just ordered another one.

The pillows aren’t cheap, but they’re the highest quality. You get what you pay for and I’m happy with my purchase

I've been repurchasing the Travel pillow from AAD since using my first one 8 years ago. I like them because I don't wake up with a crick in my neck and they are the perfect size to put in your suitcase or carry on wherever one might go.

I left my travel pillow in France and needed a new one. I previously had some pillows refilled by All About Down and was very happy, so they were the first place I shopped. I absolutely love my petite pillow. What the website calls a travel pillow was too small compared to the last one I had, but the petite pillow is perfect (same size as my last travel pillow).
I also ordered a pillow protector and pillowcase. I am not as thrilled with these items as I am my pillow. The pillow protector isn’t an even rectangle. It works so I will use it, I just wish it wasn’t lopsided. The pillowcase is fine, it’s just that the fabric is a little stiff and wrinkles like crazy. I ironed the pillowcase and I’m unable to get out the wrinkles. I’m sure it will soften over time. The linens are the only reason I gave four stars instead of five stars.
I love this company for pillows and the fact you can get your pillows refilled and new ticking. I absolutely will do business with them again, just maybe not for linens.
